During the duration of your license, you can increase your domain of use (for example.B. adding authorized users, licenses, copies or instances) by placing a new order or, if Atlassian provides it, directly via the corresponding software. Any increase in their level of use is subject to additional charges as stipulated in the corresponding order. 7.1. License term and extensions. The licence period, support and maintenance and TAM Periodic Services are indicated in the order (if any). The duration of the license and all applicable service times start on the order date (unless a start date is specified in the order) and expire on the expiry date indicated in your account. Unless reported earlier under this Agreement, any right to use the Software expires at the end of the licence term. If you have not chosen the „car extension” option in your account, all extensions must be agreed in writing by the parties.
All renewals are subject to current software or support and maintenance that are always offered and are billed at current rates. Anyone can buy or request an offer for a server maintenance renewal – all that is needed is the Support Job Number (SEN) and the email address of a current contact for the license that is renewed. In the Renewal tab, you can renew a product you`re connected to or provide us with the details of the product you want to renew. Development licenses are available to licensees of existing commercial and academic servers (not for cloud or server start-up products) who wish to provide non-productive facilities to test and develop
