Section 8 Lease Agreement Template

I am closing an apartment in Aurora, Colorado, which currently has a section 8 tenants on a monthly lease. I plan to continue renting to them, but I would be happy to get help with what needs to be included in their lease, which is specific to section 8, but I haven`t found a template language to add to the contract. I would be so grateful if someone would give me a language proposal that I could add to my lease that will cover this topic. Thank you! @Amber Paul, I have never heard of anyone who has added certain elements related to section 8. As I said before, there is a PAH agreement that you have to sign. The housing agency can take time, and like any government agency has paperwork. Find the tenant, the housing department, and take all that and have it finished before closing if you can. There is an addition called a HAP contract that is added to the lease between the housing authority and the landlord, which you want to make sure you get a copy of, and that`s what you use for housing conditions and rules/regs.
